To protect our small business and keep our salon going, we have to have strict polices in place. Please read the following carefully.
No shows = 100% fee. Late Cancellations less then 24 hours = 50% fee.
If you for any reason you can’t make your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice via a phone call to the salon to avoid a fee. If it is out of our trading hours or no answer, please leave a message. Avoid messaging socials as these may not be checked instantly. We recommend to please not rely on our text message or email reminder messages and to write down any appointments.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment to the same day but a later appointment, you may be charged as a late cancellation as we have less time to try and fill your booking time.
Change of service: Please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to change the services you are booked in for to avoid being charged full for the services booked.
